I wanted to thank you, and all your team, for making our stay at Bandipur Country Club Resort, a truly memorable one.We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed ourselves in the beautiful surroundings of the resort.The gardens are beautifully laid out and maintained, and so are the rooms -- thanks to your careful supervision !! -- and it was a pleasure to see the deer come inside to feed.The highlight of our trip was a drive in the evening, during which we were thrilled to see the beautiful glowing golden eyes of hundeds of deer in the dark fields !! Thank you again, Mr. Prabhu, for arranging this for us! We were also delighted to see elephants, wild boar and plenty of deer -- but of course disappointed that we did not spot the elusive TIGER!!The only probelm that we faced was while making our reservations, for which I have sent a separate mail.

Myself Kapil Dhingra (DTAXXX/XXXX) went to Dubai through Country Club (CC)-Ludhiana on 22nd June to 28th June 2011. It was an awesome experience to travel thru Country Club, just because of the fact that it was the life remembering first trip to Dubai with my family.

The resort provided by Country Club was very nice and peaceful with clean rooms and good atmosphere. It was located on the main road just 10 minutes walk to the main markets/malls.

I would also like to give my appreciation to Ms. Shikha for their kind support.

I have done my tour at kerala at kovalam and cochin in the month of may 2011 from 12th to 20th of May. The reception and catering arrangements were very nice and pleasant at country vacations kovalam. The manager staff was also helping and informative. The food quality was nice and specialities served were very tasty. The swimming pool experience was also nice. Only at cochin as the resort is in under renovation y so swimming pool was not open though the surroundings and others arrangements were picturised and beautiful. Only thing we felt is the support staff for kitchen/services were very less so they were very much time consuming at both the venues.
In short I have enjoyed my stay at your properties and this way only possible due to efforts taken by your marketing executives at our Nagpur office especially I thank Mr.Firdozkhani and madam priyanka for making my arrangements and tour. Hope the same I will receivefor my future holidays.

I would like to thank Country Vacations Nagpur for our absolutely wonderful trip to Bandipur which we undertook in June 2011 as a family of 3 including our 5-year old daughter. In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Ashish, an extremely energetic and patient man with absolutely wonderful behavior, who not only dealt with our innumerable queries in the most professional manner but also gave realistic solutions whenever we came across any problems. Not once did he lose his cool and set aside his pleasant behavior. He is an asset to Country Vacations and we are glad that he is the one who is handling our arrangements.
As for Bandipur, the resort is fabulous. The cottages are very well decorated with appropriate theme. The swimming pool is big, clean and my daughter enjoyed herself immensely. We also played table tennis and carrom-board. The karaoke facility was enjoyed by quite a few of us. Food was excellent with a different menu every day. it is quite surprising to get that type of food sitting right in the middle of the forest. There were special decorations made with food items on Sunday like a lantern made with papaya and animals made from brinjals, cucumbers and bitter-gourds. We spent some time on the watch tower also and got to see deer, wild boars and a peacock. In fact, deer can be seen at very close proximity from the dining area. A special mention should be made of the staff at Bandipur, especially Mr. Kumar who manages the reception desk. He seemed to be as enthusiastic and fresh at 10 p.m. as he used to be at 9 a.m. In fact when our safari got cancelled due to rains, we were quite disappointed. however, Mr. Kumar immediately arranged for a small trek which could be done even in the drizzling rain. The staff takes personal care of the guests and even ring up to ask whether guests have taken lunch and dinner. My daughter hurt herself badly and I will never forget how one of the staff there ran with a bowl full of ice to apply to her hands to stop the blood. These small little gestures go a long way in creating happy customers which we definitely are. However, there is one thing that Bandipur can improve on and that is housekeeping. Apart from that everything else was simply fantastic. We would definitely like to go back to Bandipur once again.

Dear country officer relations,

Myself and family visited to Anjuna beach resort in september first week for two days as complementary bookings from malad ofice mumbai. it was a wonderful visit at resort, with good hospitality, quick services, and approachable with clean resort environment and clearance about the services sought from the membership (customer care section).

keep this in mind would like to give few suggestions,

each room should have wall clock.
approachable roads to reach resort if a member hire a bike/car is sometimes unable to understand the right way to anjuna beach or resort. as the roads are narrow and having less directions given on roads.
there has to be mentioned at reception that what are the facility provided with the membership ranges. otherwise every now and than we need to confirm first and using.
there has to be facility for this resort as per heads meals available with ABC costing as Bandipur forest resort is providing with 350/- perhead per day.
there should be an updation for current resort/hotel/members where members can plan for their vacations. it's like in the website the list available this month other hotel/resort list where we can go and have fun apart from COUNTRY.

The place of resort is very neat and clean sorrounding are very nice and beautifull ,the atomsphere is beautifull we can enjoy the nature very much at the resort. The swimming pool is also very nice and clean we enjoyed a lot in the water .

The stay at the Royal palms benaulim beach resort was a very happy experience. The Studio apartment had all facilities to make your holiday wonderful. Bedroom with A/C , swimming pool , Kitchen with cooking facilities, housekeeping staff who also cleaned the utensils, a nice balcony view, staff who were very courteous and pleasant.

Especially the travel desk lady who was very pleasant and helpful and the housekeeping staff . 24 hrs water facility . Fun and safety at the swimming pool where there is a life guard always looking around.

The only drawback was the massage centre which operates during daytime. it could be covenient if they extend it to night hours and if room service provided.

Overall it was a wonderful,pleasant and nice experience. Well done country vacations.

This is our experience and we are glad to inform that we are very much happy and ready to share our experience with out any second taught in the mind.

First thing i would like to express is about the STAFF. We received totally different and kind attention which atleast i would have never imagined. The standard could be set by all the company and hotels or any people but Making it true is what is Great. It is not possible by one or two persons. The entire team directly related or indirectly related is very kind and attentive and one in nature. I rate the team 10 on 10.

Next the hospitality is very good, Environment is very good and maintenance is excellent.

The arrangements made are very good.

Last but not the least, COCHIN is the best i have ever experienced. The treatment provided is so good and my back pain which i used to have every day is gone. Its so that i have no pain when i have done excess load on my back.

all the things happen very fast and happly,The staff of castle also very helfull all required things has been fullfilled . The pool at the castle is awesome its was made beautifully i just loved it and enjoyed a lot at pool.

The Hotel was fantastic and room were clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed after spending an evenings in the pub. I love it.

Excellent quality of delish food. The room service very friendly and helpful.Last i can say is what ever we execpt from u is 100% fullfilled iam very much happy for this. That was fantastic holiday trip for me and iam very much happy,once again i want to thank to country vacations for providing such a nice holiday vacations .

The first thing i would like to thanks to country vacations providing such a nice gift to us ,i have won the gift voucher by that only i went to goa resort with my family.

1) The room ambiance was good, with gud bath,and bed.

2) Swimming pool was great, and the view to the pool was also to good.

3) Best was the loctaion of the resot that was in the heart of the location.

4) Food is also very delicious we enjoyed the food very much.

5) The playing room is also nice we have spent lot of time there.

Hi CV,

Its our pleasure to share my feelings on our holiday in CASTLE.It was awesome to spend our holiday at Country Vacations

There are few points which escalates my view

1. The Reception: Actually we reached an hour early there but still they arranged the accommodation immediately

2. The Accommodation: The Room was so nice and homely. Every thing is available and we felt great spending there.

3. The House Keeping: They are very humble quick and appropriate

4. The Restaurant: We enjoyed the Food and beverages , which they served hot and tasty, in appropriate time

5. The Places near by: We enjoyed visiting Tank bund which is very near to CASTLE. We enjoyed the night view of Necklace Road. Water Park, Snow World, Lumbini Park, etc.

6. The Swimming Pool: In the morning we got good exercise/play time in swimming pool, which was neat & clean.

7. After coming from all the places we took nice rest in the A/C room all through the night. As there was a control near the bed we were able to reduce the A/C when its so chill and increase when so warm.

8. The Bill clearance: At check out time we were hurry to catch the bus and thought getting all the bills cleared may delay more, but the system in Castle was so proper and accurate and the staff cleared all my bills in one shot so we were able to catch our Bus in time.

Rock Springs Its a marvellously located resort with the most picturesque ambience. The stay was wonderful and so was the hospitality..Barring the distance from the main town I feel the whole place was a general bliss. Experiences of Country Treasure Cove Kovalam

Indeed what follows from the essence of backwaters to the marvellous location of the club overlooking the Arabian Sea...The SPA and the two swimming pools are artistically designed and I should compliment the staff for their excellent hospitality... Food is astonishing and i was very touched by the standard of preparation of North Indian dishes to finessee..The facilities extended and the fabulous interiors of the rooms marked a holidaying full of fun and carrying back treasured memories

This e-mail is based on the request from one of your rep to provide the status of our tour to Cochin & Kovalam .

Kovalam - It was a really pleasant stay at Kovalam. We really loved the scenic beauty well within & outside the resort. All the staff were very co-operative & kind. We would definitely visit the place in future.

Cochin - I would say the resort was the worst one which I would have ever visited. There was no proper water facilities & no proper co-ordination from the staff. There was no timely response from the staff as well. Most of them were drunk during working hours. We would never be willing to be back at the cochin resort.

I would also like to add few more points which we are really frustrated at Goa country vacations.

1)We had been on a holiday at Goa . We were a member of Blue season which we actually got to know only when we were informed by the memebers of the Goa team. We were never told about such seasons at the time of joining Country Club.

2)We were convinced by the Goa staff (Syed Safina & Sneha)to change to Red season (Paying Rs.30000)stating we will be able to book our holidays during the peak season which was not the case with the blue season holders.

3)We were also told that we can rent a week's holiday which will be done by the Goa staff themselves. We still havent got our new Membership card.

Last time when I spoke to one of your Rep, she states that we need to do the renting on our own. There is no response from Safina or Sneha. Are you people trying to make a fool of us?

If you cannot assist us in renting our holidays, we would want you pay us the cash (Rs.30000) & change us back to blue season. We do not want to enhance the image of Country Club with our money.

Please respond immediately.

The stay at Country Vacations spa was relaxing and well composed within the available facilities. Three days spent there were away from city life anxiety. We enjoyed comfortable room, well mannered and supportive service staff, and definitely the SPA. My kid enjoyed each moment of stay through cycling, feeding tortoise, on playing with available "Jhoole" like slides, swings, etc. Moreover we enjoyed late night badminton and plain simple food.

At the end, we together agree to continue our visit to this place over the coming years, definitely once in a year. I'm attaching some of the snaps to share our moments at Country Vacations.

It was an excellent experience at your premises.It was a trip for 1 week out of which we stayed for 3 days at Country Club, Kovalam. We thought of extending our stay there, but it was inevitable that we have to move on. Given a chance, we would love to be there one more time at least.

The ambiance is too good. Beach being just walkable(hardly 3 mins) distance is what we liked the most. The staff out there were very good, especially the staff in the food court. They tried out all the possibilities to give what we requested for. My 8 years old daughter enjoyed the swimming pool very much.

The contours of the premises is excellent. All in all the experience in Country Vacations Kovalam was excellent. If ever we have a chance to spend our time there, I would be glad to be there one more time. We thank the Country vacation for providing such a good holiday there.

It's our pleasure to express the entire team of Country Vacations that we've come back from Treasure Cove, Kovalam with ever lasting memories and a very positive impression about Country Vacations.

We are more pleased with the ambience of the resort, the lush green landscapes, the tidy rooms, very friendly room service, the delicious food in the restaurant and what not to mention---everything is best from their part. Even the recreational amenities like swimming pool, table-tennis, and ayurvedic spa are very good.

The resort provided cabs at reasonable rates for sight seeing and to visit plenty other places nearby. The Driver was on time and very friendly.

We roamed around the beaches, temples, hill stations, waterfalls, trekking inside the forest and visited many other remarkable places that are memorable for a lifetime.We enjoyed each and every moment of our stay in the Treasure Cove beach resort. Last but not least, Thanks for the hospitality and the service provided by the staff at the resort.

In our daily routine lives spending most of hours in offices, business and other domestic related works for our own causes we get fed up with having so many tensions, pressure and ultimately fall in tiredness, there we think to have peace of mind, plenty of rest and so privacy without any disturbances from daily schedule. And here we think to have a nice vacations to spend anywhere far from daily routine hardship work.

This puts pleasure to given me a wonderful experience when I have joined the country vacations. I have visited mostly at Hyderabad resorts like Amruta Castle, Medchal and in south that is Mysore. From all over its having unique and different experiences where I have felt personally interesting place. Some of the snaps taken and Medchal were attached where you find the much greens and pleasure atmosphere where one could find relaxation and to stay in.

I can suggest CV to spread their resorts too stay within the country widely at Northern region of India so at aboard where people will affectionately more and to have their wonderful stay in.

Thank you for the support extended for booking in Mysore.

The people & team were kind & courteous at Mysore. Though we reached around 4:00 PM, the team was helpful in providing lunch. The food was also good & tasty.

I have a few suggestions so that guest experience can be better.

1. Booking details with payment receipt etc should be sent to location before guest arrival.

2.I had two rooms 105 & 106 where in the water taps were clogged & pressure was very slow. Regular cleaning of taps will help smooth flow of water.

3.Certain internal make up / patches / cracks need to be filled up.

I had booked for 2 nights but utilized for one night since my daughter fell sick & had to return back to Bangalore. I am not sure if I will get the refund of Rs 350 or it get forfeited. I ask the team to adjust it against the bills / other room rent but they refused.

We, a family of 4 had traveled up from Hyderabad and had organized a 2 night stay (November 13th to 15th) at Country Club Kovalam. On my arrival to the resort, I was quite delighted. We felt like we arrived to a peaceful relaxing retreat. The service was A1 from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully clean, bags taken to our rooms and made to feel at home. The resort is just walkable distance from the beach. You can relax a tiresome journey with excellent spa or ayurvedic massage for which the Country Club Kovalam resort is noted for.
The staffs have all been truly helpful and always pleasant. The executive there Mr.Anil was very friendly, greeted us on arrival and made sure we got good room and service on time. The special mention would be about the food in the restaurant which is very good. This is the perfect place for a holiday.

Dear Country Vacations

We had been to your Country Club Bandipur Resort last diwali for2 Nights & 3 Days. This stay was given to me on complimentary basis with Country Vacations Membership We thought there would be nothing much to do & so

thought that much time would be sufficient. However at the end of our stay we were sorry to leave so soon. Next time we need to stay there at least 1-2 weeks.

We got to see lot of wild deer, a very big group of them, at least a few hundred grazing together. We saw a mother calf elephant near the road while coming to Country Club bandipur Resort. We also saw peacocks & a huge lone bison.
We enjoyed the nice big swimming pool & playing table tennis. The rooms were very spacious & cool. We had a nice big rocking chair in our room. Our son Daniel had a lot of small children’s his age to play and r

un around with and he enjoyed himself too. We got to see a documentary about the wild life in area one evening which prepared us for what animals we could see in that area. The Country Club Bandipur staff had a wonderful display of crackers for us on diwali.

We made lots of new friends with the other families who were also vacationing there. In fact we are in touch with some of them now.

Dear Country Vacations

I am a member of Country vacations and recently I had been to Country Club Bandipur and it was a good experience overall. I was actually worried before my visit as I don’t have much idea about that place. But to my surprise I didn’t feel the same.

Swimming pool is huge and well maintained. The other facilities (like snooker, TT, cycling, jogging, trekking and other indoor and outdoor activities) are an advantage.
The staffs were very accommodative and helpful.

Buffet had very less variety though. But it is priced decently. I must say its affordable (even on the liquor) which I was really happy about We had been for a drive in the evening towards Masinagudi and we could spot a lot of wild animals (Bears, Deers, Stags, Elephants - I guess we were very lucky for that)

Overall for 2nights and 3days it was a great experience at Country Club Bandipur. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We say big thanks to Country Vacations staff for providing fantastic holiday at Country Club Goa. Our family liked it very much. They all have taken care of us and saw us very patiently. We had nice stay.
We stayed at Country Club Goa in the month of Oct. Resort had provided nice facilities so that we are not willing to go out of the hotel. There is much space to enjoy there.
So I hope that we will definitely visit Country Club Goa once again.

I was happy to receive a call from Country Club Bandipur, a day before my trip to find my where about and arranging a pickup at check post accordingly. The location of the resort and the climate is at its best. The service of the staff is appreciable; the cottage provided is good.
The restaurant and the food provided are good. Security is good and the place is safe.

This has reference to our first experience with Country Vacations. Afterhaving enrolled as the Millionaire Club Holder, we wanted to take our 5 yrkid Akshay for a brief vacation. We would like to thank Country Vacationsteam for making our sojourn to Best Western Amrutha Castle - Hyderabad from 6th to 8th June a wonderful & memorable experience.
It was an impromptu plan to visit Best Western Amrutha Castle Hyderabad - the bookings were handled very efficiently.
The Hotel Staff at Amrutha Castle was courteous and superb hospitality shown to usduring our stay . The architecture and ambience of the Hotel is good - onemust visit this place. Food was delicious (Can’t forget the HyderabadiDum Biryani , Roshani Anda & the sweet delicacy - Kubhani ka Meeta) coupledwith wonderful room service. During our stay - we visited all the localsightseeing spots (Charminar, S

alarjung Museum , Hussain Sagar Boating,Birla Temple & 3D- IMAX ) as well as Golconda (Light & Sound) - simplybreathtaking & Ramoji Film City which was an out of world experience. It was one of the biggest surprise - we could gift our child.

Thanks for a wonderful experience in God’s own country... Kerala.
While leaving Hyderabad we were praying that we should not be meeting Mr Monsoon anywhere and thankfully it was a perfect weather when we reached Kovalam.True to the reputation, the beauty of the place was overwhelming and “The Country Club Kovalam” could not have been better located.

The reception was cordial and pleasing. As soon as we were ready after a warm bath, the doctors gave us the treatment plan for 2 days. So we headed straight to the restaurant and my wife was really apprehensive about Kerala Cuisine. But the sumptuous and tasty meal at the restaurant put all her concerns to rest.
The amazing Ayurvedic messages & treatment that followed removed all fatigue and we were ready for further indulge ment in walking down the hill to one of the best beaches of India.
The room was cozy and up to date and the service was efficient. Two days flew and finally we had to leave the short stay at paradise…but surely we will be back for more.

Everything was perfect, the company, the surrounding and especially yours courtesy and hospitality extended to us.

Unfortunately our stay at Amrutha Castle was for two days only so frankly speaking we could not avail to its f

acilities. We cannot forget to charm hospitality and cooperation extended to us by your staff members. We could spend most of our timings in visiting the Pearl City Hyderabad's historic places Charminar/Golkonda Fort, Hussain Sagar Lake, Lumbini Park, ---Entire one day was spent in visiting Ramoji City for its gracious entertainment. tion to avail Amrutha Castle's facilities and to visit rest of the places Salarjung Museum, Nehru Zoological Park, NTR Garden---.
